Strain USB Sensor Board for Caron Engineering TMAC-MP
The world's smallest high resolution, high sampling rate differential DAQ board! This product is only 0.9" x 0.5"in size and outperforms DAQ systems many times its size. With an on board ultra low noise voltage supply, this unit is ready to power and read sensors like strain gages with incredible resolution. Input for a RTD temperature sensor makes this board capable of temperature calibrated strain gage installations. Off the shelf compatibility with Micron Instruments strain gages makes installation quick and clean. For tool condition monitoring, this miniature 24 bit DAQ board is plug and play compatible with Caron Engineering TMAC. This unit can be found measuring forces on the world's smallest 0.004" production drills!

In the thumbnail picture above, drilling forces are being monitored on a Swiss style machining system and the tool holder has been modified for this sensor system.
