We're bringing candle power back in the 21st century. We're making an efficient thermoelectric generator to produce enough electricity from a candle to power a super-bright LED. This generator converts the waste heat from a candle into bright useful light using thermopile technology.

Imagine that in the 21st century, candles can be re-purposed to replace chemical batteries!

The Candela Amplifier is made from new and recycled materials! Each Candela Amplifier is hand-made in Exeter, NH USA. Each one is a unique work of art and science crafted from components and materials using hand tools and equipment. Every Candela Amplifier made is one-of-a-kind!

Candela Amplifiers are made to order. We produce each one once we receive the order. Because they are hand-made, they tend to ship out a few days after the order.
