Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for an exchange according to the policy below. Because of the nature of the products we retail (prototyping scientific and engineering components) we cannot allow returns of items that have been powered,  programmed, or otherwise modified post shipment. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if the following conditions are met.

1. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Returns on damaged, reprogrammed, painted/glued, microwaved, or otherwise modified merchandise will not be accepted.

2. All returns must include all the accessories which come with the item. (i.e. power supplies, USB cables, programming cables, boogers, etc.)
   
   
3. With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange.
   

Refunds for returned items meeting these conditions will be granted within fifteen days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
