Shipping Policy

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

We ship via UPS. We do not use any other service at this time. If you require shipping to a Military or PO box, please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page and arrangement will be made.

We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible. Due to normal variations in order volume, this may be up to 3 business days. We make no guarantee of same-day shipping.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.

Shipping Costs

Actual shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We charge actual shipping costs plus $2-$5 (depending on size of order) per shipment which covers our  packaging materials and handling.
